Ileene Boyd truly made my day while cashing my check today. I was having the most challenging day and it was such a blessing to see her smiling face. She cashed my check, helped set me up with a new card and even gave me a good word to lift my spirits. Thank you Ileene you are a Gem and a Godsend. ❤️

Helping a friend out, she asked that I come to Ace Cash to pay a bill for her. First time here. Easy access to road, place clean, Ms. Ileene (Manager) helped me out. She is very professional and friendly. Good to see a friendly face, really needed it, since we are limited to people interaction these days, for health concerns. Great place

Ilene is the best. She is so wonderful , helpful sweet lady. She explained the prepaid card process with details and very helpful tips. She was even able to recognize my name from years ago. I never knew a employee could ever do that , sees you one time or two times and recognizes you the very next time , she really knows her customers . She made me feel special. May God bless her for going above and beyond with customers. I haven’t been at ace for over 10 years and I had a wonderful experience with her service. Thank you IIlene.

(Wished i could leave ZERO STARS) I’m going to be honest i was very nervous to post this comment right away.. so i waited till i received my money and payed it off right away. All i can say is i will NOT be returning to this location at all. It was such an awful experience and I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE A “5 star review” before proceeding to signing my contract. i tried to do the review/survey later and she told me “No to do it right there in front of her and to show her that i posted it”. IRENNE ( maybe she the manager because she kept saying my store ) was very rude and misspelled my name and gave me an attitude that she needed to fix her own mistake. “That it would take her so long to do, but she guessed to do it anyway”. I’m pretty sure she forces all the other people that get loans here to put a 5 star review before signing their contract. It sickens me and i felt so bad being there and stuck. I hope they make some changes there.

I’d like to take this opportunity to celebrate Miss Ileene and her amazing customer service. There are other places/locations I could go to for these services, but I enjoy seeing Miss Ileene because she goes above and beyond. She always leaves a smile on my face. She’s absolutely top-tier at what she does. I know for a fact her customers love her and she’s an asset to this company. What a lovely lady and may god bless her!
