I HIGHLY recommend Texan Sky (formerly known as Shamrock Federal Credit Union). I have been a member for 20 + years. GREAT rates. Excellent customer service! If I could leave no stars I would. They can never keep your balance accurately updated. Some transactions take up to two weeks before your payment is actually gone through. This has to be the worst bank. Don’t recommend.

Excellent service via phone with Monica Trejo, cordial, pleasant, prompt, and kind, leaving no details out. Thank you Monica, you went as far as repeating every corresponding detail in retrospect to my transfer and set my mind at ease. I was able to get my first car loan through Shamrock Federal Credit. They were able to work with me due to the fact I had no credit and gave me flexible payment options. Adrian, who works in the loan department has been helping me through the whole process. He has been super friendly and nice, has awesome customer service, and is very knowledgeable about any question I have had. If you ever need help and are looking to get a loan, Adrian is your go to person. :)

This CU has always been amazing. great staff and great rates. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the app is difficult at times. which is probably my fault.

Paid off loan verified with 2 different ppl that the lean was released in order to get title. Waiting 15 business days before checking on why I haven't received my title, turns out it was never released. Now I have to wait another 10 days. Poor customer service

Best Bank! We live 3 hours away but still bank with them. They can even do international wire transfers!

RUDEST loan officer Nancy Gonzalez. As first time buyers we needed someone with patience and understanding and neither of those were nancy. 5 minutes until closing and she was rushing us out insisting there’s nothing she could do with 5 minutes until closing. highly DISAPPOINTED with the customer service we encountered.
