Texas car and title, helped me get a small loan for $400 then decided to up charge me close to $1000. I'm not surprised by this being that like any other place similar to this they are loan sharks. What pissed me off was the fact of anytime I called because I knew that i didn't have the money for them to automatically take out of my account and all I was doing was asking to move the payment date so that i can make sure the money is in there. These people decided to make up a lie saying that they "magically" can't move the payment date and that the system "magically" won't let them change it. And if i need the date changed then i have to pay them the money that i literally said i didn't have which was the very reason i called in the first place. These people don't mind getting you a loan but i find it both funny and messed up with how afterwards they will make everything difficult just to ensure that they can screw you over. I've even spoken to other loan places about this and they said texas title is known for screwing people over and making up lies just so they can take money that people don't have instead of working with them like any other business would, plus they do have the ability to move the payment date but they would rather lie about it and say that they don't. But thankfully I'm close to paying them off, and once I do I'll never do business with this company ever again. So to whomever owns this company my advice to you is DO BETTER and actually work with people instead of telling lies because if someone is calling and asking to change or extend the payment date you need to realize that there is a reason for it.
