Kristi was extremely helpful in getting us a loan . She saved us from a scam first before we even had an idea it was a scam. Then when we found the another good deal she got us into it with payments we can afford. I’m telling you if you need a bank loan first financial bank is place to go.

We are relatively new to this area and our daughter had written us a check she banks at first financial we went tocash the check and they want to charge us five dollars to cash their check I think this is a very unfair rules I could see if it was a check that was not on their bank but this was a check from their bank that they would not cash without charging us five dollars it just makes me feel sad.

Worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Very unprofessional. Somehow I overdrew an account and accurred over 300 dollars in fees. I have attempted to make things right with them multiple times but unless I pay all those fees they are taking me court. I am fine with paying what I owe but the bank is set on getting there 35 dollar every transaction is a bit excessive. I have had accounts with this bank for 20 years. Way better banks to do business with.
