Well, there advertising says it will help those with bad credit to help them boost up there credit. Well, lies. I tried to get them to help even told them that my credit wasn't good, and I was trying to get a loan to pay off some of my credit cards, and I got declined so, why advertise that you can help with bad credit, and then you don't. This doesn't look good on them for false advertising.

Incorrect information provided and when tried to get assistance they couldn’t help at all not even the manager . Worst customer service ever.

Great customer service. All employees are well trained and fast to help. Customer service is amazing and friendly. The place is neatly and nice decorated. Every employee is nice and respectful. They always make my visits quick and easy. The manager is very helpful & understandable and always goes above and beyond to help all her customers, will definitely be returning to this location.
