Hidalgo County Loan, Edinburg, TX

These people are rude! They call your phone and when you tell them they have the wrong number they just hang up. They dont have the courtesy to say sorry or or thank you. Do not provide references to this company since they will be rude to them. I call back and ask for manager and person that answers phone ends up hanging up on me as well. There's gotta be a better way to do business. Not a good way to represent the county with a name of Hidalgo County loans. What a shame.

This company took money out of my account without my consent i donot recommend doing business with them.

Very rude! Not to mention the manager she is more rude with no customer service at all! She called and started cussing me out & I don’t even have a loan with them!! If it were for me, they don’t even deserve a 1 star!
