Great finance company, Fabiola and her employees are always here to help when in need. I've seen some of the other Poor reviews however that is far from the truth. I always felt very welcome, and great customer service. Easy process. Thank you again stepstone

Poor customer service!!!! Manager needs lots of training on how to speak to her customers, wants to speak over them, ESPECIALLY when she is in the wrong trying to have her employees speak for her when she doesn’t have the answer when in the wrong! I guess step stone credit just puts anybody as Managers! Unauthorized transaction from my account not give her permission to remove the funds from the account.

Well I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now my payments have always been on time it took almost 2 years to get to the amount 900 and still can't get the 1700 loan amount is my credit not good enough to get to that amount,??????
