I wanted to come on here and express my experience with the Rep I spoke with during my application for a loan. Miguel Hernandez was Motivated to see what he could do to help me, he listen to every need I was explaining and wasn't rushing me through my application, very patient and friendly. i haven't gotten a good customer service like this in a long time since covid, but he is truly amazing person. I will be coming back and sending people his way to see if he is able to help anyone that is needing a loan like myself.
