Advance America, El Paso, TX

The ladies at the Montwood location in El Paso were AWESOME! They made the loan process easy and they explained how the loan worked clearly so I'm not going to be surprised later on when it's time to repay or re up the loan! Because of their service, I'm able to save our vehicle from the repo man!!!! Times have been tough lately but like with all other hard times, "this too shall pass"! If you find yourself in a bind, Advance America can be the life raft you need! I am a happy customer, you can be too! Go see them!!!

As my first time with Advance America, I can say I had a wonderful and excellent customer experience from both ladies. I was attended by Berenice Rocha who is very super friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the info on both types of loans they offer. She walked me thru each one to better help me decide which option I wanted to choose. I highly recommend coming in to this place if you want a great and knowledgeable experience with getting a loan.
