Well I have a PERFECT payment record with them, My credit has taken a hit becuz death in family. But I need to refi my loan, not for more money then I had originally asked for just to refi for the same amount. After running my credit I was told I need more collateral. Why? I'm not asking for a higher amount just to refi.....Once I'm done paying them off I WILL NEVER COME BACK. SADLY. Service is great only if u got ☆☆☆☆☆ star credit. Buh bye..once NOV. IM DONE.

One main please train your workers properly, they need to learn to pay attention to their customers and learn to take good notes.
