Talked to a lady who was very rude , Connie sounds like she hates her job so she's rude to people.

Lock of professionalism , employees are rude, they get irritated and start getting angry as soon as you start asking simple questions.This type of employees make this conpanie look bad. Very bad for business. Hope they look into this and educate employees on giving good costumer service.
