Everyone at the office on Delta hav always been very efficient, hav paperwork ready, courteous, explaining procedure skillfully and amicable.

This business makes house calls to poor people in an attempt to get them in debt with their extremely high rate loans. I don't blame the employees. Bet it comes from the owner. How will you face God? Shame on you.

Elizabeth ruvalcaba is a theif i had went to give a payment that was originally $145 but she had charged me a late fee so she had said it was $158 because there was a late fee. I had no problems with the late fee charge so i gave her $160 and she gave me back my change only to find out she didnt put it on the receipt when i called today they had said that i still have a a late fee charge wich i now have to pay again never have i had a problem with regional until now!!!
