I’m a mishandled customer. On 1/04/23 I put a loan application in, uploaded my ID, proof of income and proof of residence. I followed up with a phone call and was told my application would be processed and I would receive a call back in about 10 minutes. The call never came and since I would be over near their Zaragoza location, I started to go to their office. Instead I found World Finance, applied there, and was out of there with my loan about 20 minutes later. Way to drop the ball Sun!
