The young lady there with the long hair was really nice and helped us but the manager there is the rudest person I have met not very friendly at all if it wasn’t for her we would have had a great experience no customer service skills and definitely not a people person.

Customer service is excellent. Crystal and Eva are always willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I hate paying bills, but I actually look forward to paying this bill just to see the beautiful women ;) thank you for your great customer service and for your trust in me.

First of all, one thing that many places no longer do is greeting you as soon as you walk in and making you feel welcomed! But not only that they do it with a smile and with a sincere attitude! They are excited to attend to you and make you feel that you are very valuable to them. They do not rush you to get you out, they handle you with the right timing to provide the best services possible to you. They review all factors and consider you as a potential client and are willing to help you even with bad credit. Lately, due to my bad credit many places have turned me down but not here at WSF they worked with me and took a risk. For that I am very grateful. If you are looking into restoring your credit stop by and ask for Mrs. Crystal Aguilera. She was very professional, honest and sweet. I was very impressed by her. I look forward to keeping them as my loans providers.
