ACE Cash Express, Fort Worth, TX

I love this place! I never used a check cashing business before but since relocating and having trouble with my former banking institution, I went here in a jam. I'm glad I did! They have only NOT been able to cash one of my checks ONCE and that was over a weekend and they couldn't verify the check - which is part of the deal to begin with - so nothing beyond their normal T&C. The customer service is super, small office, not much of a line (obviously, don't go on Friday at 5, duh), it's got privacy and the agents are fast and friendly. I love my ACE on Camp Bowie! Carol was super friendly and did her job. What I didn’t think was fair was a $90 fee to use my own money. I won’t be retuning but know that Carol did a great job.

Maria was beyond amazing and gelped me more than anyone has through my process of filing for an accident. I was super appreciative that she took her time and took the extra steps to help me get my check taken cared of and if there any way she can get a raise of some type of acknowledgement for her great attitude and work I think she more than deserves it.

Carol was so polite and nice and very helpful. Help me try to solve my issue and she did solve it and she continued to help me. You guys need to keep her here at the store. She is awesome.

Liz was wonderful made she was super sweet and helped me with my money order I’ve never done one so that was nice great service all around
