DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have paycheck stubs showing what I make every 2 weeks. But since I'm a bartender and make tips they won't even consider my application. For those of you in the service industry and needing help stay away from this place. The ladies that work their are rude as well. If yall need help go to World Finance they are a lot better.

Horrible. Everytime I call to finish my application they say they will call me back and they never do. I have called a handful of times and they do nothing to help.

Sarah was great when me and my family were in need. She made it feel like I was dealing with a friend . Very professional and the process was quick and easy. This is the way a loan place should make you feel. Welcomed and pleased relieved that you got the help needed. I was recommended by a family member of mine and I will be referring everyone I know. A+ business.

Dianna help me today. Which she was awesome!!!! But I have been a customer for a while and they all are awesome. I never had a bad time. So much understanding you feel right at home..

Sarah is a pleasure to work with at the W. Berry location. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family. Sarah is very sweet and helpful, her professionalism and customer service is outstanding. This is a great place to do business.

I walked in today to ask if i could use the bathroom as the store a few doors down that I was shopping at had theirs out of service. They said no because it was not for public use. This is not New York City. This is Texas... We're neighborly, at least we're supposed to be. I did not even get to inquire about what services they offer as I live in the area because of their rudeness. I won't be back even if I should need financial services.

This is the worst company to even think about getting a loan from. Especially the location on West Berry Street in Ft. Worth Texas. The Manager Diana and the supervisor Laura Fernandez should both be retrained neither show any empathy when talking to a customer !!! Diana has no sense of follow up with a customer who has been calling for 3 weeks. The excuse they give is there short staffed. My company only dose verification by the Employment verifier on line. I was told I would have to do it myself to move forward after waiting 3weeks. They talk to you very very fast to keep you from saying anything back. I’m grateful honestly I didn’t need a loan but was willing to try it to build additional points on my credit report . After dealing with this fooliness no thank you !!!! I will write a bad review on every site until I speak with corporate. I asked Laura to speak with her boss she placed me on hold and never came back to the phone but she’s the area manager that’s a joke!!! And she had a attitude during the entire conversation I could tell it was a Spanish thing because when you give them a little authority it goes to their head!!! Signed not satisfied consumer !!!! Horrible phone service retrain them both !!!!!

I put in an application online today and this woman Ms. Pearl said that it could take days to get to my application. at his location they are swampped. someone please help them..
