I own an account with them and neither my financial advisor or myself can reach anyone by phone. Apparently they are all “working from home” and communication has been poor. We have sent emails and faxes to no avail. Now they are saying via an email we are going to be “noncompliant” if we don’t respond in 2 days ( info was faxed to them in June!).

Candi Chapman and her team do a very good job explaining options, understanding our objectives and guiding the correct plan selection. They are very knowledgeable and have been able to answer all my questions quickly and accurately. Highly Recommend Rick Julien
