I haven't physically been here. They sent a check I signed and deposited it, that's how I started my relationship with them. I was pre-approved for a loan. The payments are not bad either.

I had a great experience at my local office. Paulyna was amazing and extremely helpful. Smooth and easy process.

The branch I’ve frequented has the most considerate responsive patient group of employees that goes well out of their way to assure the visit was substantial and not tedious.

The service was great. The explanation of the process was clear. The online completion of the transaction was excellent.

I just have to say Kiera Stafford went above and beyond to help me out in getting my loan, with me living an hour away from their office and working from 7:30 a.m to at least 5 it’s definitely hard to schedule things especially since they don’t open until 9 and close at 5 but she was more than willing to help me out to get the loan! I would definitely recommend asking for her when you need help with a loan!

THE WORSE MANAGER EVER It is hard now a days to try and admit that you need help with your bills. It took a lot for me to take my momma to this place for a loan only to be made to feel bad. We had the worse experience ever with the manager. Not only did she be little us, but made us feel so bad that we walked out even after being approved. She can stick her loan where the sun don't shine!!! She needs to be a better example for the girl she is training. She was so mean to the girl that was with her helping us. I can only image how she treats the other girls in the office. I don't think the manager has manager skills at all. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will never go back to this office. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THE MANAGER!!!!!

Paulyna was awesome! Called, talked with her and the next day I was in the office taking care of paperwork. She deserves a raise for such great customer service and knowledge
