I was actually surprised at how well our experience went, given the reputation of these type of lower-credit lenders. The initial offer they sent was really attractive, but when they ran the details of our loan, the interest rate and monthly payment weren't anywhere close to that offer. We pushed back with our agent, and she was really helpful and was able to get the rate and payment a bit lower. Then when our final details all went through, our final loan had a much better rate and monthly payment! The process was really quick and painless, the agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive, even after she passed our case on to the next team. The emails were clear, instructions were easy to follow, we were able to email documents and even text some documents. Like I said, pleasantly surprised.

This company was very patient with me and worked diligently to help me with everything that was needed. Good professional customer service. Very very thorough with the documentations. I decided I needed to refinance and the process was seemless. I lowered my truck note and interest rate and I am very satisfied. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband and I decided to refinance our car with them as we were pre approved for a very good deal. Basically, we were lowering our interest rate down to 1/4 of what we were originally paying, so we applied and got approved. We were called by someone from the company who just tried getting us to pay more money overall, and after arguing for a while she finally agreed to give us our loan but the interest rate would be about 6% higher than what we originally were promised. Being that we already had a hard inquiry from this on our credit report, we decided to go ahead with it. We were promised everything would stay the same, but our interest rate would be lowered. After signing all necessary documents, we were down to one document to sign. It was the loan agreement and they were charging us $4,000 additional for a refinance fee along with boosting our interest rate all the way up to over 18%. That is not what we agreed to at all. They changed our interest rate 4-5 times and she would tell me one thing yet the paperwork always said something totally different. We finally decided that it wasn’t worth them trying to screw us over. I would never recommend this company to anyone. All they want to do is screw you over worse than anyone else. Save your money and keep my warning in mind — this company is insane!

I have never gone through a refinance that was made so straightforward and easy from the start to the finish! Our rep Angel was on top of everything which totally gave my husband and I a great experience. Angel was available to answer as many questions that we had and assured us along the way what to expect in turnaround for approval and closing. We are so happy that we chose OpenRoad Lending.

SCAM!! BEWARE! I was scouting for some qualifying offers for refinancing car loan through MyAutoLoan, and they were the ONLY company out of 10 to do a Hard Pull on my credit without even speaking to me. I got a non-competitive offer and a hard pull before I could even get on the phone with them. When talking to a representative from the company to get the hard pull removed, they told me I didn’t read the terms well and hang up on me. Please, AVOID this lender!!!!
