they ran my credit and denied me cause of where i work like if you knew you weren’t going to accept my application because of my job THEN WHY RUN MY CREDIT ?

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ITS SO SAD HOW YOU CAN GO THROUGH THINGS FINANCIALLY IN LIFE AND ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE THAT AND STILL BE TREATED LIKE TRASH. THEY HAVE CALLED MY JOB MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN A FEW DAYS AFTER I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE. THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE THE SAY WE DIDNT GUESS WHEN WE LET YOU BORROW THE MONEY. I HAVE SO MUCH MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION AS WELL AS ATTORNEY PROOF THAT SHOWS WHY I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WORK AS MUCH AND I STILL HAD NO SYMPATHY. AT THIS POINT IM REACHING OUT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR SEEKING FURTHER LEGAL ACTION.

Unprofessional, rude, condescending group of women. No awareness of proper debt collection practices. Refuses to cease and desist communication after several requests. I've used this company for years, different location. This current experience however has been horrible. The strong-arm intimidation tactics to collect on delinquent accounts. Multiple calls throughout the day and showing up at customers door is harassment.

Jessica was rude as hell I didn’t even finish the application because she was so rude. They need better people working for them.
