Firstmark Credit Union, Fredericksburg, TX

This bank is horrible and uses shady practice of giving verbal notice of running a credit check. They get away with doing a hard check by saying you were verbally notified of "credit check" not letting you know it will be a hard check. They also held monies of a deposited check for 11 days??? Needless to say this will be my first and last experience dealing with these rude horrible people.

My Firstmark Credit Union branch in Fredericksburg continues to provide good service for my wife and me. We have checking and savings accounts plus low interest financing on our car. We are pleased with Firstmark.

Joined credit union that was closer to home. Greg who signed me up was very helpful and professional,great service. I’ve been a member of credit unions since I was 18 years old when I joined the Navy. I highly recommend Firstmark or any credit union for that matter,plus they give you the cutest little piggy bank.
