Please double check your contract people, verbal confirmation of your monthly payment from your loan agent means nothing. Our first automatic payment was double the amount that it was supposed to be because the crook agent that helped us put in the contract (under "I elect to pay $____) that we were opting to pay that amount instead of the minimum payment. Of course we didn't notice it and got screwed. Had to call OneMain to get it fixed, but made the first payment for an amount we couldn't afford. Lesson learned.

Process was quick Noemi was awesome great customer service.

Jasmine was such a Good loan officer. She was professional and so courteous. Interest high but my credit score only 667 . Thankful of One Main Financial . Jasmine should be commended for her work . I see she was also front desk clerk and multi - tasking but doing it so well.

they show a general disrespect of peoples time. I would warn anybody not to use them unless this is an absolute last resort a pawnshop treat you better

Classic bait and switch..promised if unsecured loan to hard pull your credit the refuse to honor the offer and try to steer you to putting up a car as collateral which was their objective to begin with...your credit will take a hit
