It is very rare that I take the time to write a review. However, when exemplary customer service has been provided along with efficient and outstanding customer service, it cannot go unrecognized. Danielle was absolutely amazing. Not only was she courteous and knowledgeable, she was very meticulous to detail and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Added to that, she established a new Flare account on my behalf, explained the benefits, and did so with a smile. She was phenomenal and the reason why I’m excited to be a customer. Today was my first time coming into ACE. I have to say, Maria was amazing. She made everything very easy for me to understand. She was very clear on what was needed and expected of me and I really appreciated that. Despite the challenges that she faced while I was there (computer running slow, a very rude customer and a line that was to the door). She kept her composure and was very patient even with the rude customer. I would recommend going to this ace to everyone.

Maria is very nice and explained how the loan works well so that I understand. On my $100 loan I'm paying $12.46 extra every 2 weeks. If I paid my loan off on the 12th payment I would have paid around $146 in interest, making the pay off about $246. If you pay your loan off in one payment, that is something I think most people can handle but if you are taking a loan much higher than that, those fees as going to add up very fast. I would never get a loan for much more than $100 so that on one payment, paid in full, would only be $112.46. Be careful. Use wisely.

It was a fantastic experience. I just moved to Texas from Connecticut and Christine made my experience beautiful and very pleasant. I tried many places today to cash my money order and everywhere was a failure. This was my last option and my best option. She was kind and very informative. I was not only able to cash my money order but open up an account with ace and I couldn’t be more delighted. Everyone needs to be as welcoming and wholesome as Ms. Christine.
