This is a great pawn shop with a great staff, especially their manager, Stephanie, who I’ve found have all been more than fair in the loan amount allowed for items that I needed to pawn at the time and who have all been more than considerate in working with me to pay off the loans…. In addition, there is an expert jeweler onsite, Dewey, who does jewelry repair that’s as good as it gets for amazingly reasonable prices…. It’s the best pawn shop and jewelry repair location in the area and beyond that’s well worth doing business with and their manager, Stephanie, is a very fair and a very kind lady that I’m sure many others, beside myself, will tell you.

I’ve come to this pawnshop at least 3 times and each time was a very uncomfortable for me being a colored person . I came in and spoke to everyone in a calm friendly manner everyone gave me a weird feeling like I was not wanted there especially the older male and another guy of a different color came in they were all nice to him with a different vibe ! Will not be back

I really enjoy doing business with this owner. He's really a great guy. He's down-to-earth & is very understanding as long as you communicate with him! I say that because I've purchased a few items from him on his Layaway Plan! Thanks a bunch! Ps. This was my 1st time at the Frisco store, And the 3 workers there were just as friendly and kind as ever & very knowledgeable of their products!

This guys are scammers, they don’t know anything about gold. I took my 24 carrots gold ring there and they told me is fake smh. Took it to another jeweler and they said it 100 percent real

There’s a reason they have 3 stars. Go anywhere else but here. Just went in to quote a pawn on a camera I own ($800 value) that didn’t come with a kit lens when I bought it. The lady asks if it comes with a lens. I mention it didn’t come with one and she says not interested without a lens. I did bring an aftermarket lens (Sigma) that I would include, which I left in the car, so I asked if she’d give me more for it including a lens. Her response, “I’ll give you $150 for all of it.” I hadn’t brought the lens inside yet so she didn’t know what I had, yet she spouted out a lowball number like that. What if I had a $1000+ lens sitting there? Her ignorance and attitude are probably just a couple reasons why this place has only 3 stars. Going down the road to another shop and recommend others do the same. Don’t waste your time here.
