Horrible customer service, when you cancel a loan (that you paid FULLY and ON TIME) they refuse to give you you’re SIGNED check back, talk trash about the customer in front of them and other customers. The manager is rude and talks trash about customers who pay their loan off on time. There is not corporate office to call. When issues are brought to the attention of the manager she doesn’t do anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. DONT COME HERE

This place is a scam!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They didn’t tell me I was just paying interest for 6 months. Then they made me pay $65 to refinance. I was think I was paying towards my loan. Then they call you 6 times a day. They even charged my daughter’s card without permission. I talked to the manager Martha and she told me that they couldn’t refund it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to this location and the ladies here were so helpful and so sweet and kind the process was easy and fast.
