The workers here were very polite and very attentive to what I asked for and broke down everything I didn't understand or had questions about. I was and still am so thankful and relieved that with thier help I was/am able to attend to matters that I had been struggling to deal with for a very long time. Alexandra was very courteous, effecient and very skilled in customer service, she knows her job well. I have not been to a lending company in a while and everything is digital and electronically now, so it is faster.
