Customers Service was very poor, and the promised time wasn’t on time. They never did have the courtesy to call to let you know whether you’re approved or not approved. Horrible finance company I’ve ever dealt with.

I love the staff, always courteous and understanding of others situations. They are happy to work with you when situations come up. Awesome staff!

I applied for a loan w/this company on this past Friday, and received a phone call this morning (Monday). Whomever I was speaking to on the phone, I COULD hear her clearly, but she was talking entirely too fast...to the point I COULD NOT understand any of her questions. I had to ask her to repeat herself several of times, and I even advised to her that she was speaking too fast. Either she was just being out right disrespectful, or her "English" was just too bad. Having said that, at the ladder part of our conversation; the few questions she did repeat to me was nonsense. I told her I didn't want the loan anymore, and I turned down their business, and she says "ok, that's fine!" To add, I feel that when someone is applying for a loan through your finance company, the primary questions you ask should be geared towards the overall finances only...like rent, car note, insurance, utilities, things of that nature. Not how much money I spend on my clothes, and shoes. This is not my first rodeo, and when I asked her what does her questions have to do with me applying for a loan she says "we're budgeting you." Girl, bye! I was already annoyed with her fast talking, so if you think I'm going to remain on the phone while you strip me down to my under ware you are sadly mistaken. I felt the questions where only going to get worse. That's just being outright nosey. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this loan company for years.  I appreciate the service and staff.  Great place to get a loan!  They have helped me build my credit too!

Do not use them!!!! Dont even bother calling, just read the reviews. They ask wayyy too many personal question that doesn't apply!! Like really? Wow. Some stuff is none of your business, the only thing that matter is if I can pay the loan back! Thats not how you conduct a business. The lady I spoke with was very rude and they never call back after I gave her my life history. So who knows that type of scam they have going. I wish I could give them zero for rating!!!
