Best customer service ever. These ladies were very kind and respectful and helped me out in ways I can never imagine. Even though it was a little challenging for them to verify my employment they made it work and still was able to get me the loan that I need it just in time. The payment is even reasonable than other places I’ve ever seen. I think y’all for all the help that you’ve done.

I have borrowed money a few times from this location (Garland). The staff is always nice. They treat you like family. I lost my son last year and they took the time to write me a letter to show how much they cared. They are always willing to work with you. I highly recommend them.

Justice Finance is by far the best finance company to use. Everyone there is awesome! They treat you like family. And their rates are better than anyone else I've ever used. Don't go anywhere else!

I took my grandson in to get a loan & Christina was very helpful & courteous. But then all the ladies there are ALWAYS very helpful & courteous & friendly. They are simply the best!!!!

The manager at this location is very rude and tries to make you feel absolutely awful about your credit situation! I knew they would have to run a credit report so I didn’t feel I needed to go over every little thing prior since they would see it on the report. Calls me and pretty much tells me I’m a liar for not saying anything prior. What’s the point of running my report then? This location needs new management!! I should not have to feel embarrassed and ashamed and like a liar all because of the manager at this establishment doesn’t know how to talk to people like they are humans. However, Emily the associate that was assisting me was very friendly and kind. Just the manager was absolutely horrible and awful the way she spoke to me!

I love this place. I come here all the time! Christina the manager is so nice and helps me get my loans quick and easy. No hassle! I do recommend people should go here especially if you have at risk credit !

They are always willing to help, which is there business but the integrity the show can't be matched.
