Tower Loan, Garland, TX

I had a wonderful experience with this company! It was actually one of my first times getting a loan so I was nervous but the lady I spoke with Delicia was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Also the people I dealt with at the Garland location were very nice and the overall process was pretty fast and very easy! I would definitely recommend this loan company to family and friends! They have different loan options to choose from and it’s very affordable! Ad far as the rates and terms, the monthly payments are definitely affordable to!

Everything was great starting off!! I spoke to somebody on the phone, and she was very sweet. Whenever I walked in, I was welcomed, and the ladies and the manager were professional. The reason that I am giving one star is because the minute that I gave the representative my date of birth she immediately said “you’re only 22?! “. I said yes, and I asked if that was a bad thing. She said no because she understands that everybody is different but she automatically assumed that I don’t have any credit history. After all of that, she said that she is going to speak to her supervisor in order to discuss the next steps… I heard them whisper many times, and the representative asked the supervisor if I was “lying“. I was listening to the conversation the whole time, and I realized how unprofessional it was to make somebody feel so vulnerable and small simply because of their age. She mentioned at the end of it all that they don’t discriminate against age. After all of that, she said sorry, and I left with nothing in my hand after they pulled it hard credit check. After the phone call that I had with Alexa, I definitely felt as though I would walk into a professional environment, but I walked out, feeling irritated and helpless. Don’t come here if you’re “too young”.

I applied for a loan and was approved and then after I sent the rest of my paperwork they said I was not approved. This is really bad business especially when you get a hard credit inquiry. DO NOT APPLY!!!!

Mr. Stefan was very helpful in getting my loan taken care of. He was persistent in getting my loans back into good standing and earning a great relationship between us.

Very personal able, very friendly. Was very helpful. Would recommend you giving this guy a raise. A+
