I truly don't understand the negative reviews here. I've been banking with FSB Graham for just over a year now. I have multiple accounts; they handle my personal and small business funds. I cannot say enough about the personal touch or the above-and-beyond service. This review is prompted by a perfect example that just happened. I had to call in earlier today to have a limit on my business account temporarily raised so I could make some sizable purchases. When Miss Kathy wasn't available (Because she was giving personal service to another client.), Hallie was quick to jump in and help. But then I got a call back just now from Miss Kathy, apologizing because she wasn't able to handle my little request PERSONALLY! Bear in mind, I had already been taken care of at that point! FSB Graham is my first experience with a small town bank. I had previously been with Wachovia/Wells Fargo for about 25 years. I can assure you that that organization gave less personal touch in a quarter century than I have received from FSB in the little over a year I've been with them. Big shout out to CFO Mickey Schoenhals and the entire crew! Ya'll rock!

Very unprofessional bank, since Jim has left this establishment has went downhill fast. I have banked here since 1994 and since December have had nothing but trouble from them. The most recent issue was a loan I had mature last month on a dump truck I had purchased from First State Bank as a repo. The understanding before inital purchase was it had a rebuilt engine and no mechanical issues according to Berry, which at the time was VP of bank. Upon purchase the truck ran 3000 miles before complete engine failure, which incurred additional debt to get truck back in good working order. As of last month the note had matured and needed to be refinanced, an agreement was made with Jim "My personal banker" and I to keep payments to a minimal until the truck could be sold. Berry with the help of a new hire informed me that our previous agreement was no good and the truck would have to be purchased on a shorter term, this went back and forth until the close of the day on March 8 2019. Mind u I have had numerous loans, savings accounts, and checking accounts with First State Bank throughout the years never defaulting on a single one. Without purpose or cause they chose to freeze my checking account worth 13k more than the loan on the dump truck until the amount was paid in full. Is this how u treat a 23 year dedicated customer..... do u work for me or is it the other way around? To keep it simple I will never nor will I advise anyone to engage in business with an establishment like this......they seem to act like God's in a small town when in all reality without the working man they themselves would be door greeters at the local Walmart. Do yourself a favor and find more cooth people to trust your hard earned money too!!

One of the worst banks hands down, I'd say they are about only good to cash checks but apparently that's an issue for them too, very inconvenient in both working with you and the hours, bank is not connected with plaid, cant do anything with it. Terrible
