One of the most family oriented places to work for and bank at.....They truly treat you like family. Everyone is kind, respectful and resourceful. The staff really knows how to pull together effectively to help one another out and create an awesome atmosphere to work in and grow as a team in each department. They love their community and are quick to jump at any opportunity that involves helping or bettering people in general.

I came here for a 230k mortgage on a 2 bed 2 bath. The loan advisor Debrah acting like everything would be fine the entire time I was going through the process. My credit score was 800 and everything else lined up. The appraisal came back 50k under what the builder and I agreed to. Debrah said yeah with the 2/2’s it hard cause there is nothing to compare it too. I asked her if there was anything else for us to do to move forward she said no. I talked to the builder about doing a 3/2 that would have more comparables and we found what we thought would work. I told Debrah that I had a frustrating experience so far and would be trying to go through first financial as well and she told me she didn’t even want to do it and that I should go to them. She was unprofessional the entire time and obviously does not care about her clients.

Love this bank and all the services they provide. I would recommend them to everyone.
