This Branch did so well with Mac, but the new manager is rude and don't know how to talk to people rushing you off without listening. Wish I used a different location at this point

I have never heard of this company until two of its employees showed up at my door in the middle of the night. They were asking for the homeowner by first name only. Never heard of this company, and I do all the finances, so I know there is no business with them. Told them not interested, and they insist on coming back to speak to the first named homeowner. I called police because this is sus af. Never heard of them until tonight.

I will never borrow money from them again! Horrible policies! If you accidentally make a double payment. They will require a bank statement even though it clearly shows that they have two payments from you. Then it takes 2 weeks to get your money back. But takes them 5 secs to take your money from your account. Never AGAIN!

Horrible place there policy's make absolutely no since at all, I am married to my husband but they can not use both of our income because his income is his income that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life!!! Do not use this company!!! We had a loan through them that we made payments regularly not one missed or late payment but apparently marriage means nothing to these people!!

Ridiculously high interest rates. They even added an100 set up fee. Interest rate was nearly 30 percent and my credit score was 621. I immediately refinanced with my credit union and get a 12 percent interest rate. This company uses loan shark tactics! STAY AWAY!

**** SCAM ALERT *** This place is a scam !!! I went in for a 14% loan and they knew from calls we had and paperwork they kept asking me for, but didn't tell me that they could only do a 28% loan until they had me inside ready to sign. They thought I would just take it since I needed it, but I had better choices so I took my business elsewhere.. Loans way cheaper in other places so don't fall for their tricks!!!

Applied for a loan online of $2000 for an emergency dental issue for my daughter. Entered all information and receive notice that I was approved and they just needed to verify documentation. Sent all requested information. They then had me create an account and get a dashboard and finally someone called me to go back over everything only to deny me. Why say I was apptoved? It is not worth the hassle. Go anywhere else. Upstart gave me a loan of greater amount and lest interest and guess what? The same information I gave one main. I wish I could give this a negative rating. I worked hard to get my credit up only for this nonsense and to take a hit on my credit report.
