Under no circumstances would I ever have loan with this company ever again, nor would I recommend anyone here.. I’ve done business with multiple loan places, even work at another one myslelf and have never seen or heard some of the most unprofessional, illegal things in my life! Delana the manager has people on speaker phone even while other customers are in the office taking payments and having conversations, also was harassing me; calling me back to back as well as calling my job (even though she was told multiple times I could not have personal calls) and calling me from blocked numbers (which is illegal) all while my payment was 2-3 days late and I had already told them when I would be paying! After paying out she has also told other loan companies that I have had loans there.. (again highly illegal!) this office should be shut down! Even the supervisor doesn’t handle anything

This place is unprofessional and very shifty. She gave my boyfriend a loan when we had only lived in our apartment for a week and he gets paid under the table, but didn't approve me because I haven't lived in my place of residence long enough (lived here for over a month now) or had my job long enough (been employed for about a month, have bank statements that she didn't ask for btw).... She doesn't even know if he really HAS a job. like really??? Then she was rude on top of that! I waited for them to call me back yesterday, and nothing. and she it mad when I called it out, but seriously she is truly running a trashy business up there. This woman made me literally come ALL the way out of character she was so UGLY to me. wow. Hopefully they step it up over there just TERRIBLE.

Friendly people. Got my loan quickly once all was verified. Rates are okay, way better than some places I shopped. The atmosphere does seem a bit shady but the people were not.

Debra is amazing I generally love working with her. That being said the newish girl Rocky I extremely dislike. She will call your family members even when they are not the contacts they have on file. I don't even know how she got the numbers she did. I have relatives I don't even know the numbers of calling me that I haven't spoken to in years. So unprofessional it's not even funny. If they ask for contacts, those should be the people they reach out to. There's a reason people don't give you certain numbers. Because it is not your business to interfere with people's personal lives in any way, shape, or form.
