About a month ago I applied for a loan and they told me I was approved but had to get two bills in my name so took about a month to get documents and then tried to finish getting my loan. They told me I had to wait for a phone call that never came. I called several times about this supposed phone call and then they turned me over to Mercedes branch and then was told i was denied. Bad customer service I will not refer anyone to them ever

Applied for a loan in Christmas 2020, got approved, closed it with in a couple of months. I keep on getting letters that my loan is still available. Tried opening it again and got denied. Thanks a lot. Their customer service is splendid though. Just not cool what happened.

Did not help, do not go to them if you need a loan. Only as a last resort.
