My Credit Union Haslet, Haslet, TX

I love this credit union. I have been with them for a few years and they always come through for me. The business hours can be a hassle sometimes (this is regarding the bad review on their hours), but as long as you know them, there is no problem. I have had multiple vehicles and my boat financed through them and have never run into an issue. Tracy and Julie are great to work with!

Everyone is caring and works very hard to take care of the customer. It's a pleasure to go in the bank and be recognized, unlike, the larger Banks who know you only as a number.

Their business hours are not customer friendly. They open at 9 and close at 4. They're closed on the weekends. They close for an hour for lunch so don't try to go on your lunch break either. I have an auto loan through them and they don't offer any type of direct payment system on their app or website so I have to make my payments through Chase and then it takes a freakin week for them to get the money. And to top it off they don't accept payments over the phone because that would be to convenient for the customer whose work hours won't allow them to make it there while they are open. I won't use them for anything else after this!!!!

My CU Haslet always has great customer service and rates. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When you call, they pick right up. **5 Stars**
