This Company is absolutely the laziest, uncaring Corp. I have ever tried to deal with, these employees [shannon] and [maria] I thought these people were there for us if we needed help, if we found ourself in a tight spot, we my wife and I are in that spot trying to get a car out of impound, we was not asking for a han d out, or to trust us with anything up front, we simple needed a professional to go the extra mile and say u know what let's see what we can do , (let's try). I work on the rig, my wife's a cna, we aren't dead beats by no means, just everyday Americans who work, raise a family and have bills. Yes everyone has there problems, it's a $16000 car we was only asking for $1000.00 till the 18th. Till pay hits my card, even offered to leave pay card with the company so they know I'm serious, plus they have title, he'll said they could keep car also, I've never seen such ignorance, shannon sir, it's a good thing I don't have bond money buddy.... maria u have such a cute voice who can be mad. Thanks for nothing.
