Very rude customer service and likes to threaten people over the phone - there’s a way to talk to your customers and then there’s shaunna’s way of being very disrespectful.

These people lied to me, telling me that if I made this extra half payment, it would mean I wouldn't need to pay for July. Today I get a letter, and they confirmed. I still have to pay in July. Either they lied to me, or something changed. I know what they said to me. I didn't misunderstand a word. Also. While I was on the phone, I heard people on another phone call and they indeed threaten and become hostile to you.
