I have a sales account with this company, where I financed a Nintendo Switch and a PS4. Paying in total, something over $2000. For $700 worth of products. Which I understood when I purchased. However, I was under the interpretation, as I was explained by the sales person, that the warranty/insurance would cover any damage incurred during the payment period, and when my daughter's Switch became water damaged - the office tells me their warranty/insurance doesn't cover that. So I'm paying $1300 worth of interest to fix something that I should be able to fix with an insurance deductible. Will not ever reopen a sales account or my loan with this company.
