I'm getting more than a little tired of being unable to use my debit card around midnight/1-2 a.m. while maintenance is being done. We have literally had to sit at Walmart for over an hour waiting for our card to work and have them continuously declined. It's getting to the point I'm ready to change banks. This is BS.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON BUT I ORDERED ME A NEW CARD ON DEC 11,2020. AND IT HAS NOT CAME IN YET, I CALL AND THEY TOLD ME CAUSE OF THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY IT WOULD BE LATE SHE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN JAN.CALL BACK AND THEY TOLD ME DO TO THE ELECTION THAT IS WHY MY CARD IS LATE.CALL BACK ON JAN 5,2021 TO SEE IF THEY MAIL IT OUT. SO THEY CANCEL THE ONE FROM DEC AND JUST WAITING ON THE NEW ONE. I ORDERED THAT ONE JAN 5.

I’ve been banking with Fnbct for 5 years! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. :)
