Vantage Bank Texas, Hondo, TX

Quite possibly the worst bank I've ever dealt with in 50 years of life. The customer service is terrible except for Beth Shipman. They need to fire that terrible Branch Manager with literally no bedside manner, concern for customers, or basic humanity. Please fire that woman, she's costing you customers.

I love this bank. Every time I walk in, I’m always greeted with a smile. It’s obvious that they only hire good quality people to work there.

Wouldn’t cash a check to me for the sale of my motorcycle. Very frustrated. Best thing about that bank was Beth, what a blessing. She retired and we’re probably pulling out.

I absolutely love working with Vantage Bank! They give us that old school feeling of a small town bank!

Fairly new bank to our area. Offers several financial products. Clean environment. Very short hours, though.

My wife and I moved here 18 years ago. We started using D'Hanis Bank. Vantage took them over a while back. These are the friendliest folks to deal with in any bank we've ever dealt with. They are on top of it. I've been called and helped with several things over the years. The employees get a lot of the credit but if you have a well managed business you'll hire and train good employees. The manager of this bank is top shelf. If you need a bank, we don't think you could do better.
