When it comes to defining QUALITY, Ayanna would definitely be the definition. She not only went ABOVE & BEYOND for me, she was relatable, caring, friendly and VERY PROFESSIONAL. This woman single handedly changed my outlook on these establishments. I was always too afraid to try no matter how bad I needed it. She encouraged me to continue with another method after being turned down 1st. I was finally approved. Thanks to her, I was able to fulfill my personal obligations and had the opportunity to meet a person that genuinely understood my situation. Not too many people will actually go out of their way for a stranger, she did. For that, I'm SO GRATEFUL!! I wish there were more like her in every company.
