Was told that I could not complete a loan because I am covered under the Department of veterans affairs. I receive a pension(payment for rest of my life) as a permanent and total disabled veteran. Received pre approved offer of 950$ to my mailbox, I only needed wanted to borrow 150$. The representative I spoke with was nice although.

I had done 2 loans here and paid them both off. Everything was going great until my card was auto drafted for over $200 after I paid off the loan. I called and spoke to Carly (sorry if misspelled) who could only say I’m so sorry no one told you. This is a company that deals in large amounts and while $$271 may not be a lot to most it is to some. How unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are many other options out there. Maybe they should get the staff on the same page about these things otherwise they just look incompetent. For anyone looking for a loan Western finance is amazing as is World Finance both in League City. Smaller payments due and way less in finance charges. UPDATE!: I will always give credit when credit is due and this is that time! The DM Megan reached out to me and took my by surprise! She turned a bad experience in a much better one. She definitely changes my opinion of how I viewed this store. I’m so surprised she took the time to reach out to me and make this right. That doesn’t happen often and this really made all the difference!!!

Got 250.00 late Jan ended up paying The loan back in late Feb I paid about 450 interest! I end up paying back 700.00 dollars in a month if time! They make it seem like it's not much when applying for the loan but as time go you will see! My advice is too pay the loan back quickly as possible and don't get money unless you really need it! The staff was nice and friendly!

I read the reviews and was still a bit skeptical but everyone's been spot on. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they're calm and collected, and they want to help you with getting a loan and paying it back. I was in and out with the loan I needed in about a half hour, mostly filing information. However, the process wasn't painful like I thought it would be and the staff member that assisted me was fairly talkative and made the process seem so much faster than I thought it would be. It was a bit slow paying the loan back as there was only one person when I went to pay it, but I can't really knock them for that. Overall, 5/5. If I was ever in the situation where I needed a loan, I'd definitely go back. Especially since they already have my info on file.

When in yesterday to inquire about a loan and oh my your staff Natalie was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly made the process go so smooth answered all my questions and concerns. Always with a smile. Would highly recommend your store this experience deserves a five star ratting.

Leslie was amazing and very helpful. She assisted me on the phone and at the store. Very professional and explained the process and asked if I had any questions before I signed any paperwork.

The manager here was great!! This location was so organized and she was helping me through the whole process trying to get me the amount I was asking for.

Karli was awesome & really helped me out so that my payment plan is affordable & payable on time. Wish I could give 10 Stars to her.
