Great customer service! Mrs.Maria is one of the best workers that they have. She went above and beyond to get me my loan. She even went as far as staying after hours to make sure I was taken care of. Gemma and Brittany are also great they all made my day a lot better talking and making me feel a lot better about getting this loan. 10/10 will recommend come see these amazing beautiful ladies they will get you right.

As I walked into the store in despair of needed money, I was brightened to see the agent Alondra to come to the rescue. By all means she was very patient and helpful to the fullest extent and got me what I needed. I had also referred my father who the got the help he needed which I think that the reference deal helps a lot and will be suggesting anybody that needs emergency cash especially before a long way before payday. I would highly recommend going to this store and speak to Ms. Alondra! I promise she would at the very least help you in the way you want to get the money you need!

UPDATE: just like other reviewers they took payment out of my account I absolutely DID NOT authorize and it was done AFTER closing on a damn Friday. Causing a negative on my account. I’m beyond PISSED right now. I make my payments and on my own and time. So I don’t see why this was done. And no I do not have this set to auto pay. This location’s staff is A1. No I don’t personally know anyone here. And yes this is a true review. They’re patient, pleasant and are understanding. The staff here are the ONLY reason I deleted my first review. For the SW location smh. Whoever says customer service doesn’t matter has never received good service. I’ll travel for that.
