Outstanding customer service. Very attentive to details and friendly! They make the store interaction very pleasant! Happy Saturday and thank you for keeping a friendly crew of individuals! I have been coming here for 5+ years and every experience has been awesome!

Just left this place and it was a waste of time. My wife and I just got married and she recently updated her license but still had her last one to identify herself and we honestly feel like the lady there just didn't want to do our title app. We have been to 3 so far and she's the only one that said "they didn't get accept it" SHE WAS JUST BEING LAZY!!!! Title Max had WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!

Brenda is literally the best person! I wasn’t having such a good day to start, not did she help get what I needed but made it easy to understand and made me feel special. Sometimes all you need is someone to nice to ya! Thank you Cash store hiring Brenda!!!

Never met a group of customer service representatives who always have the best, friendliest demeanor. They greet you by name, and seem to always remember their customer's stories, so when you walk through that door, it's "hey, how was your trip". I love this location. You guys are all amazing!! Way to make a customer feel special durning hard times!! Great Job!

5 stars for the in house customer service...but the time I waisted when this company sent me a paper in the mail saying I was pre approved to only get there and find that was a lie. Please use another way to get new customers to come to the cash store. Stop lying saying that I was pre approved...I don't like waisting my time. Plus how did this company get my information in the first place. I never applied or inquired about a loan.

I was under a lot of stress concerning my difficulties with a lack of money. It's a lonely feeling when trying to pay bills and coming up short! When I visited The Cash Store I was greeted with smiles and an upbeat atmosphere. I felt so much better and my dread of going to get a loan melted away. Sarah worked with me. Ashley was so nice and both were kind and compassionate. I would recommend this business to friends, family, and anyone who asks.

My experience with this store was top tier! I will make this my new location! Right off that bat as soon as you walk in your greeted with so much respect! Bravo!!! I am very happy with the service! Big kudos to the management there! So as I said they (Ashley) have the same name but are clearly not the same in caliber of human! Take notes!!! Thank you very much for the genuine kindness!!!

Katherine was super friendly and funny, it didn’t feel like a business transaction but she still made sure I was well informed of all policing and procedures. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the Bellaire location, she assured me that our interaction would be better and it was!
