Alicia was a super hero!! My phone died during the process and she in dramatic fashion said don’t worry I got you. She went to the back got a charger block came back and got my phone going again.. I was worried that I was not going to qualify but she eased my concerns looked me in the eyes after quickly typing a million words into the computer and said approved! It was like all the weight in life was lifted off my shoulders as I floated out of the store! I’ll be back!
