Big shout out to Discount title loan and the girl they have working there Celines. She is probably one of the nicest people I have come across in Texas. Very knowledgeable at her job and answered all my questions. And for those who speak Spanish she's bilingual which is a plus in my book because there's a lot of people out here who just smile, say yes, acknowledge you as if they know what's going on and they really don't.
