The loan process worked well & everyone I spoke to during the process (I don't remember their names, but it was 3 separate individuals via phone & email correspondence) and all of them were very professional & friendly. Thank you again for all of your help in securing a small loan for me! The process was quick & straightforward & I received my loan via direct deposit the next day! I wish I can give 00 stars I will never refer another person. They are not fair they don’t tell the person that got the loan to tell the person that referred them to call. Well when I referred my family member I called several times and was waiting for the check in the mail my name is on the application. They keep sending me text for a loan I’ve ask several times to stop since they refused to do business with me after I paid my loan off all because being late but it was paid. The store manager taking it personal but I Hope Corporate sees this because my love one has a loan and the referral fee has nothing stating on his application 30 days, what about not sending me the check after he applied like it was supposed to be paid. Corporate you need to fix this!!!! The manager takes it personal as if it’s her money she’s making it bad for repeated customers and referrals. I never received it. Even if I did not call it’s still their responsibility to make sure the referral is paid.

I use to be okay with this company because if something was wrong I would be notified. But I received a call saying my payment was rejected from my card on one of my accounts, which was simple just pay it out of my main account. The was when she pulled my bank info to tell me how much I had in my bank account. Why are you using my bank info to get my bank balance that's not your business how much I have in my accounts. Isn't that illegal?
