Not finance related; I was having a terrible day and a broken down car in 98* heat. I over heated and began to vomit. An employee rushed out to check on me and bring me cold water. These are great people and I’m very thankful for them.

This Is The Place Y’all!!! I needed to leave for an emergency and was referred by a friend. Went there and met with Elisa Saavedra! Her work ethics are “Impeccable”!! She really cares about the customer and will do all to help you with whatever unique situation your going through! The entire staff was super nice and greeted you with bottle water and donuts! KUDOS TO ALL!!!

I went to horizon to pull a loan that would take 6 months to pay back, however i had the money in full the week after i pulled the loan and had plans to pay it back all in that day. Some lady said that i am not allowed to pay in full and that i have to continue paying monthly which sounded ridiculous to me. then harvey hit bad for the most of us in that area, and i was unable to pay off what i owed. i could have just paid that day with all the money i owed but for some reason this lady refused the full amount and now i was stuck with no cash because of harvey and then i come to find out they did about 5 HARD inquiries on my credit WITHOUT my consent. and i now have to go and dispute this mess because of the waste of time this lady had caused. i recommend that no one comes here because its as if they want to make your life harder than it already is.

Horizon Finance was there to help with back to school expenses. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. The location and hours are convenient. I will be recommending Horizon to everyone!

Good customer service is hard to find these days, but the ladies at Horizon go above and beyond to help you out. I would definitely recommend Horizon Finance to all my friends and family!!

Do not deal with this place the old wrinkle Hispanic lady that sits at the first desk on the right will harass you calling your job ignoring the fact that it’s illegal in Texas to call and harass someone at work she really has some issues maybe she needs a man in her life she’s very LOCO!!!!
