Rob Trigg and I spoke several times on properties that I was interested in and he gave me great feedback on those properties. I was able to take his advice and analyze the properties more and see that he was correct there wasn't much profit. Then I finally found a good investment and when we spoke about it, he gave me lots of good feedback on how to update the property and how much the improvements would cost to get the best return. Every thing went smooth with the purchase and I am currently finishing up the rehab.

I am so embarrassed to have referred my client to Jet Lending in particular, Rob Trigg. I was with my client today and heard Rob speak to my client in a very rude and extremely unprofessional manner. He was clearly aggravated by my client - not a good look, Rob. My client continuously buys houses to flip and even though he doesn't close all his deals with Jet Lending, he still deserves to be treated with respect. Since when did it become acceptable to treat clients with disrespect? I wanted to speak up and say something but due to respect for my client and avoid his loan getting delayed or denied, I stayed quiet and let Rob scold him and let his unprofessional attitude unravel as the conversation continued. I had to apologize to my client for this inappropriate behavior. Rob, know that you are in a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry and you must always treat your clients with respect. You don't know what people on the other end of the phone are going through if they don't follow your demands/instructions to a T. Keep your high and mighty attitude at home. No offense, but your other staff members tend to be more helpful and attentive to your clients than you. I will no longer be referring any of my clients to this company after hearing today's conversation. There are plenty of other hard money lenders I can choose to do business with that do conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy.
