Beware, the 15 day payoff is shorten once you deposit the check. If you want to be treated rudely and pay out an astronomical fee, then here's your place. The branch manager will not disappoint, as her customer service is zilch and below the one star.

I was called to ask if I could come in earlier than my scheduled time of 4:00 pm. I said yes and arrived at 1:25 pm. I fell asleep because I actually was seen around 4:00, my scheduled appointment. They stated they had issues with their system going down and I totally understood this but please come and let the customer know, so they aren't just sitting there. I had to approach 2 or 3 times to ask what was taking so long. Don't get me wrong because they are a great group there and very professional and compassionate. They just let this one slip by them. I have never had an issue with them and once their system came back up, I was out of there really quick. They are the friendliest group you would ever want to meet and gets your paperwork finalized quickly when there are no issues. I have nothing but love for them. I was super tired that day and it was draining me to wait that long. I hadn't eaten or slept much that day, so I was kinda wanting to get through the process a little faster. They are still the best in town! I can attest to that. No hassles about you borrowing. Number one in my book. Thanks ladies!

Once Nicole and I had each other's phone numbers, we were in communication from the beginning of my request for a loan to the final signing of the documents. She, along with everyone I encountered at this branch, were very nice and professional. There was never any pressure to finalize the paperwork. The decision was always mine. Nicole explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with my final choices.

The ladies were very welcoming an easy to work with. This was a seamless process. It only took about 20 minutes, and I was in an out with my check to deposit in my bank!
